miniso44 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Player") and the miniso44 platform ("Platform" or "We"). This document governs all aspects of the use of the miniso44 website, including access to games, services, promotions and all interactions that take place within the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any part of the platform or using any service we offer, you hereby confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

Each individual is only permitted to create and maintain one active account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment details — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all such accounts.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur. False or misleading information may serve as grounds for account termination.

You are fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login information, including your username and password. miniso44 recommends that you use a strong password and not share this information with anyone.

All activity that takes place under your account will be considered your own actions, unless you have reported any unauthorised access to our support team. Once a report is made, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and protect the account in question.

miniso44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if that breach occurred due to your own negligence in maintaining the security of your login information.

The miniso44 platform accepts deposits via approved payment methods. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted to ensure the protection of your financial data.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)
• Withdrawal processing time: within one hour

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the player's own name. miniso44 does not permit fund transfers through third-party accounts. Withdrawals that require additional review may take slightly longer depending on verification requirements.

The miniso44 Welcome Bonus offers 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM200, resulting in a balance of RM300, and the wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used by eligible and verified account holders
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account or household
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and further action
• miniso44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice

The miniso44 VIP Program offers weekly cashback from Tier Bronze (up to 0.2%) to Tier Diamond (up to 0.8%). Progress through VIP tiers is based on your playing activity on the platform. VIP benefits are discretionary and subject to periodic review.

All games available on the miniso44 platform must be played in accordance with the rules set out. Players must play fairly and must not use any software, methods or strategies that may compromise the integrity of the game.

miniso44 offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting and other games. Each category has specific rules displayed within the platform. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical fault has occurred.

• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the platform's technical resolution policy

• The use of automated bots, artificial intelligence software or any external assistance tools is strictly prohibited
• Cooperation between players to influence game outcomes ("collusion") is a serious violation

• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses under any circumstances

Any dispute or claim arising from the use of the miniso44 platform must first be submitted through our customer support channels before any other action is taken.

miniso44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Fraud, misconduct or attempts to exploit the bonus system
• Providing false information during registration or during the KYC process
• Involvement in money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Violation of any game rules or platform policies
• Being under 21 years of age

Players also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all active wagering requirements will be reviewed and any eligible balance will be paid out in accordance with the procedures set out.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remainder of this agreement.
